Instructions for Setting up Outlook 2003 to Send and Receive Email.

You need to be connected to ParkWiFi.com to add mail.

If you have not done so yet, you will need to add an Email account by clicking here. Login using the Customer Care Portal username and password that was given to you when you signed up.

Open Microsoft Outlook. From the Tools menu, choose E-Mail Accounts.


Select Add a new e-mail account then click the Next button.

Select POP3 then click the Next button.

In the Your Name field, type your full name. (e.g., Jane Doe) then in the E-mail Address field, type your UserID followed by parkwifi.com (e.g., janedoe@parkwifi.com) then in the Incoming mail server (POP3) field, type mail.parkwifi.com then in the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field, type smtp.parkwifi.com.

Click on the More Settings... then Outgoing server tab then select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires requires authentication then Log on Using username to be followed by parkwifi.com. Example the username is janedoe the login should be janedoe@parkwifi.com then your password.
