Instructions for setting up Outlook Express 5.0 & 6.0 parkwifi.com email accounts.
1. Connect to parkwifi.com.
2. If you have not done so yet, you will need to add an Email account by clicking on the Create Account under the Create A ParkWiFi
Email Account to the left.
2. Open Outlook Express.
3. From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.
Note: If you have never configured, or used, your Outlook Express email program, the Internet Connection Wizard will open
automatically - go to step 5.
4. Click the Add button and choose Mail.
5. In the Display name field, type your full name.
6. Click the Next button.
7. In the E-mail address field, type your full parkwifi.com email address (e.g., janedoe@parkwifi.com).
8. Click the Next button.
9. Click the down arrow on the My incoming mail is a ____ server drop-down list and choose POP3.
10. In the Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server field, type mail.parkwifi.com.
11. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field, type smtp.parkwifi.com.
12. Click the Next button.
13. In the Account name field, type your UserID (e.g., jsmith@parkwifi.com).
14. In the Password field, type your email password.
15. Check the box next to Remember password if you wish to save your password.
16. Click the Next button.
17. Click the Finish button
18. Click on Tools
19. Click on Accounts
20. Click on the Mail tab.
21. Click on the account in the box under Account
22. Click on Properties on right.
19. Click on the Servers
20. Click on My Server requires authentication then click on Settingsto the right.
21. If Use the same settings as my incoming mail server is not selected, click on it.
22. Click on Ok
23. Click on ok again
24. click on Close to exit.
